The location of this B&B in central Rome is fantastic, with easy access to the metro station Vitorio Emmanuelle and Termini Train Station. It's also conveniently located near various attractions and you can even walk to places like the Colosseum. The staff is very helpful and provides useful information, as well as a map upon arrival. The rooms are cleaned daily and the WiFi connection is excellent. You can also make use of the facilities such as the computer, microwave, and WiFi.
There were some isolated incidents of noisy neighbors, but overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Location
It was not what was shown in the website. It was a small room with bunk beds that were for children. No staff when arriving and no staff during the night. They had to find towels for us as none were supplied. The breakfast was a coffee and a pastry.

proximity to station.
Be aware that double room could mean bunk beds in a tiny room. Keys to the room unlocked the other rooms on that floor. On arrival credit cards were not accecpted as advertised and cash was asked for. Breakfast (included) was a coffee and crossiont in a cafe 2 blocks away. No lifts available so luggage lugged up several flights of stairs.

the staff, especially Dario, was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed. the room itself was beautiful, and it exceeded my expectations. Not only was it very clean, but it was also very spacious. the private bathroom was also clean and had everything I needed, including shampoo, shower gel, and a blow dryer. the location of the B&B was perfect for exploring the main attractions of the city, such as the Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, and Colosseum, all within walking distance. the train and metro station were just 5 minutes away, making it convenient to get around the city. I appreciated the fact that I could change the TV audio to English using the remote if I didn't understand Italian.

Good location near the train station Termini, clean room, helpful and friendly staff.
No air conditioning, only a fan - which was very inconvenient considering the weather in the middle of august. The staff was only present when we arrived.
